“I was completely new to fitness, Harriet's approach was professional and non-judgmental. In 12 weeks, I went from 0 exercise in the last decade to looking forward to exercising 4 days a week. I lost 5.5kgs whilst gaining muscle, lost 6cms from around my waist and started gaining noticeable definitions in my arms and stomach. I focused on strength training and love feeling strong and capable now. The communication and support were great and kept me motivated knowing Harriet was keeping an eye on me.
