Sculpt and align

TAUGHT BY HARRIET

THURSDAY: 12:30PM

This class is designed to strengthen and tone the lower body and core while keeping impact on the joints minimal. Using controlled, intentional movements, participants will target the glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and deep core muscles for a high intensity muscle burn without jumping or fast transitions.

The workout emphasises:

  • Time under tension for maximum muscle activation

  • Small range, precise movements to build strength and endurance

  • Core engagement throughout to support balance, posture, and stability

Suitable for all fitness levels, the class offers modifications and progressions so participants can work at their own intensity. Expect a challenging, slow burn workout that leaves muscles feeling worked and energised, not overstressed.
