12 Week Training programme
Online personal training gives you the freedom to train when and where you’d like, whilst still being held accountable for your nutrition and exercise. Your macronutrients and daily calories will be calculated specifically for you goals and 3 weekly workouts will be provided for you to follow either at home or in a Gym. There is an option to continue on a monthly basis after the 12 weeks has ended.
What’s Included:
- Breakdown of daily macros- Protein/Carbs/Fats.
- Personalised daily calories needed for weight loss.
- Up to 3 weekly workouts depending on needs, videos and information available on app.
- Weekly check ins via phone/WhatsApp or email (your preference).
- Exercise form checks via WhatsApp (send a video of you performing an exercise and I’ll provide feedback).
What’s expected from you:
- Daily weigh ins (creates an accurate weekly average).
- Monthly progress pictures and measurements.
- Accurate daily food journal via MyFitnessPal/mynetdiary or Nutracheck.
- Honest feedback on your workouts and nutrition.
- Enthusiasm to achieve your goals!!
